Tilly served as a trustee at Bridgemead in Bath for 20 years and was closely involved with the transfer of the home to Pilgrims’ Friend Society in Autumn 2024. With a background in commercial business, she is especially excited by the opportunities to develop our network of care homes through our Growth and Renewal Programme.
Through her involvement at Bridgemead and her experience of caring for older relatives, Tilly has gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by older people and the need to provide strong Christian support to those in later life.
She lives with her husband Tim in Bath where they are members of Widcombe Baptist Church. Now retired, she regularly helps with school assemblies and is a Sunday School leader at church. She also loves to garden and holds a National Diploma in Horticulture from Wiltshire College.
