With 37 years of experience in the care sector, Sharon began her journey as a weekend care assistant and has since held a variety of roles across both care homes and domiciliary care. She's been part of the Villa Adastra team for the past 14 years, and it has truly become a second home to her.
Sharon holds several qualifications within the care industry, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, which she achieved with distinction.
Her ethos is simple: to ensure everyone feels valued, loved, and supported - and to bring a little joy to those around her each day.
She's a proud mum of two grown-up children and grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren.
