Clive joined Pilgrims' Friend Society when he started work as a carer at Royd Court in 2014. After two years, he joined the Housing Team as Assistant Scheme Manager and in April 2026 he was given the opportunity to manage Royd Court. Thinking that his secret desire to do so had passed him by, he prepared for retirement in 2028. Now, he is busier than ever and loving every minute.
With a passion to serve, Clive seeks to lead by example both within Royd Court and in his home church, Mirfield Evangelical.
He married Debbie in '84 with Lucy their only child being born four years later. He now has two grandkids, Eliza and Flynn. “Flynny” has followed in the footsteps of his "Pops" by supporting the mighty Spurs.
