Ellie joined Pilgrims’ Friend Society in April 2023 as a HR Assistant, bringing with her valuable experience from previous HR roles in Cardiff and London across the healthcare and church ministry sectors.
Before going on maternity leave last year, Ellie worked closely with the payroll team, gaining a solid understanding of Pilgrims' Friend Society’s internal processes. Since returning, she has focused on recruitment and general HR functions. She particularly enjoys recruitment, as it allows her to connect with new people, build relationships, and play an active role in supporting Pilgrims' Friend Society’s growth and mission.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys travelling to new places, baking, exploring the countryside, as well as spending quality time with her loved ones. She is married with a young daughter and remains deeply involved in her local church, where she serves enthusiastically in the children’s ministry.
