Dipika has 18 years of experience in the health care sector, including nine years as a Registered Care Manager, and holds both a nursing qualification and a Level 5 Management qualification.
Dipika considers her role with the Pilgrims’ Friend Society a calling from God and a part of His plan for her life. She is excited to work with the team at Evington Home to provide exceptional care and foster an environment that reflects God’s love and grace. Her goal is to ensure those who live with us feel valued, respected, and cherished, bringing comfort and joy to their daily lives.
A first-generation Christian, Dipika committed her life to Jesus Christ in 2020. She is actively involved in the International Breakthrough Ministry Church in Leicester, where she serves in the church management team.
